I'm Marion Ellis
With over 20 years of experience in the residential property sector, I know what it's like to try and find all the answers on your own or to feel like there's a missing piece but not know what it is or what's possible.
I've seen the profession from every side and focused much of my career on customer complaints and claims. I've worked in corporate and small business environments before getting off the exhausting treadmill and working for myself. So, I know the terrain and how important it is to find a path that feels right for you.
Your best compass is knowing yourself, learning to trust your instincts, and making decisions about your career, and life that feels aligned with your values and what matters to you.
I wanted to offer the support, tools, and structure I wished I'd had access to during my career in both corporate and SME environments and when I finally bit the bullet and went out on my own.
I'm passionate about supporting those in my profession who want to do more, be more, and give more. For me, professional development and personal well-being go hand in hand. I created Love Surveying, a place for surveyors like you to face, share and confidently handle the unique pressures and challenges of building a business and doing what you love.
